Shipping Times:
Items ship within 1-2 business days (excluding major U.S. holidays) via USPS First Class Mail regardless of shipping cost paid.

Order totals $50.00 or above (prior to shipping, tax and coupon codes), will ship FREE via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. We typically ship all orders the next business day, however; we are a small family-owned business and unexpected events occur that keep us away from “The Hive” for packing orders. In those rare events, shipping will be sent out on the 2nd business day.
All orders are custom counted and packaged specifically to your specifications. To reduce single-use plastics, multiple orders that contain similar size beads will be combined in one customized bag unless otherwise requested at checkout.
Change of Address: There will be NO change of shipping address once an order is placed. This is to protect you as a consumer. Please make sure your shipping address is correct prior to placing your order.
Missing or Damaged Packages: Customer is responsible for contacting their local USPS office when a package is damaged or missing. The BumbleBead Company cannot be liable for missing or damaged packages once it leaves our location in the hands of USPS. Every shipment will have a tracking number that customers can track their shipments and use to contact their local USPS office with any issues.
